My Knowledge is a personal knowledge management system that enables users to connect and manage their information from various sources. This documentation outlines how to configure and use My Knowledge connectors, including setup procedures for administrators and usage instructions for end users.

Administrator Configurationโ€‹

Accessing Connector Settingsโ€‹

Administrators (admin and super admin) can configure My Knowledge connectors through the following path:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Management
  2. Select Individual Connector
  3. Locate the three available connectors: Outlook, Web, and Files

Configuring Outlook Connectorโ€‹

To configure the Outlook connector:

  1. Click the plus (+) dropdown icon to expand the Outlook connector settings
  2. Enter the following credentials:
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
    • Tenant ID
  3. Click Save to apply the configuration

Configuring Web Connectorโ€‹

To configure the Web connector:

  1. Click the plus (+) dropdown icon to expand the Web connector settings
  2. Specify the number of web pages allowed
  3. Set whether recording should be enabled
  4. Click Save to apply the configuration

Configuring Files Connectorโ€‹

To configure the Files connector:

  1. Click the plus (+) dropdown icon to expand the Files connector settings
  2. Set the file limit
  3. Specify the file size limit
  4. Click Save to apply the configuration

User Guideโ€‹

Accessing My Knowledgeโ€‹

Once administrators have configured the connectors, users can access My Knowledge and view all enabled knowledge sources:

  1. Navigate to the My Knowledge section
  2. All configured connectors (Web, Outlook, Files) will be visible

Setting Up Outlook Sourceโ€‹

To set up an Outlook source in My Knowledge:

  1. Click the plus (+) icon to expand My Knowledge
  2. In Add Outlook Source:
    • The knowledge name will be locked (automatically set to your Outlook email ID)
    • Select the number of months of emails to extract
    • Enable or disable recurring synchronization
    • Set the scheduler time for recurring jobs
  3. Click Save to create the knowledge source
  4. The system will begin extracting data from your Outlook account

Managing Personal Connectorsโ€‹

Users can review and manage their personal connectors:

  1. Access existing knowledge sources from the My Knowledge section
  2. Review Outlook knowledge, website connections, and other sources
  3. Manage settings for individual connectors as needed

Important Notesโ€‹

  • Personal connectors are visible only to the user who created them and cannot be accessed by other users
  • For file connectors, the recurring value will display the setting established by the Super Admin in Add Knowledge
  • Personal connectors operate similarly to Add Knowledge connectors but are specific to individual users
  • Users can manage their personal connectors through the existing knowledge interface or directly via the My Knowledge section
