File Manager

The Console Object Browser section displays all buckets and objects to which the authenticated user has access. Use the Search bar to search for specific buckets or objects. Select the row for the bucket or object to browse. Selecting an object provides information on that object, including the option to download or delete that object. Selecting a bucket provides the option to upload new objects to the bucket.

Get Started with File Manager:

1. From the platform, click File Manager.

2. From the File Manager Overview there will be three storage buckets available, models, private-storage and shared-storage Bucket.

3. Following Fuctions that can use from File Manager UI:

• Browse: You can Browse the buckets by clicking on the browse button.

• Search: Using the search box to search your file or bucket.

• Refresh: It will Refresh the buckets to update the latest bucket size and other details.

• Select Multiple Buckets: It will help to select multiple buckets.

• Access Token+: It will take you to Service Accounts and let you create the access token.

Browse Bucket

1. Once you click the browse button you will get redirected inside the bucket showing all the file, creating a new path(folder), Search, <-Buckets, Rewind, Refresh, Upload and options inside.

2. By clicking on the Create New Path icon, you can create a path.

Note: To create a new path you need to upload a file inside the new path which is created just now to be available.

3. By clicking on the Upload icon, you can Upload any file inside the bucket or the folder(path) present inside the bucket.

4. By clicking the rewind icon, you can check the file history and you can see the file after it has been deleted.

5. By clicking the refresh button, you will refresh the File Manager overview or Bucket page.

6. By selecting show deleted objects you can see past deleted objects which were deleted by the user.

7. By using the search bar you can search the objects to filter.

8. By Selecting any uploaded file or current file you will have following function Input:

• Download: You can download the selected file from clicking on download.

• Share: You can share your selected file from given URL once you select Share.

• Delete: You can Delete the selected file.

• Delete pop-up will appear for confirmation to delete the object.

Note: You can NO or YES the slider selection to delete the version of the object.

• Object Versioning: You can see the version of the object or file by clicking on the object and then select Display Object Version.

Note: You need to click on the object/file to get the option for Display Object Version.

Access Token

1. To Create Access Token click on "Access Token+"

2. After clicking on Access Token+, you will be redirected to Service Accounts.

3. In Service Accounts you will get 2 options (Back to Buckets, Create Access Token+)

4. Click on Access Token+ to create your access token.

4. Once you are on your Create Service Account pop-up select "Create" to get the access token.

5. After Selecting Create it will show New Service Account Created with your "Access Key" and "Secret key", you can also download the for import by selecting "Download for import"
