Analytics

Introductionโ€‹

The Analytics feature provides comprehensive data visualization and reporting capabilities for monitoring platform usage, costs, and conversation metrics. This documentation explains how to access and use the Analytics dashboards available to Admin and SuperAdmin users.

Overviewโ€‹

The Analytics feature consists of two main dashboards:

  1. Cost Analytics - Provides financial and token usage metrics
  2. Conversation Analytics - Offers insights into user engagement and conversation performance

These dashboards help administrators monitor platform usage patterns, track costs, and measure user engagement through comprehensive data visualizations.

Accessing Analyticsโ€‹

  1. Navigate to the main navigation bar
  2. Click on the Analytics icon or text
  3. Select from the two available options:
    • Cost Analytics
    • Conversation Analytics

Cost Analyticsโ€‹

The Cost Analytics dashboard provides detailed information about platform spending and token usage.

Available Metrics (Cost)โ€‹

The dashboard displays the following key metrics:

Total CostCumulative spending across the platform
Average CostMean cost per transaction/request
Total TokensAggregate count of tokens consumed
Average TokensMean token usage per transaction
Request Type DistributionBreakdown of costs by request category
Cost Distribution by UserSpending patterns across different users

All metrics are presented through interactive graphs and charts for easy visualization.

Filtering Data (Cost)โ€‹

You can filter the cost analytics data using the following time period options:

  • 24 Hours
  • 7 Days
  • 1 Month
  • 3 Months
  • All Time

To apply a filter, simply click on the corresponding button in the dashboard.

Conversation Analyticsโ€‹

The Conversation Analytics dashboard provides insights into user engagement and interaction metrics.

Available Metrics (Conversation)โ€‹

The dashboard displays the following key metrics:

Total ConversationsCount of all conversations conducted on the platform
Questions AnsweredNumber of queries successfully addressed
Questions UnansweredNumber of queries that received no response
Average Hourly ConversationsMean conversation rate per hour
UpvotesCount of positive feedback received
DownvotesCount of negative feedback received
Keyword CloudVisual representation of commonly used terms and phrases

Each metric is presented through interactive visualizations for comprehensive analysis.

Filtering Data (Conversation)โ€‹

You can filter the conversation analytics data using the following time period options:

  • 24 Hours
  • 7 Days
  • 1 Month
  • 3 Months
  • All Time

User Permissionsโ€‹

Access to the Analytics feature is restricted based on user roles:
