This document provides a comprehensive guide for using the Brand Voice feature, which allows users to create, edit, and manage brand voice profiles for consistent content generation. The Brand Voice feature helps establish consistent messaging aligned with your brand's identity across all generated content.

Accessing Brand Voiceโ€‹

The Brand Voice feature can be accessed through two methods:

  1. Navigation Bar: Click the Brand Voice icon in the expanded navigation bar.
  2. Brand Voice Menu: Click on the "Brand Voice" option, then navigate to the Brand Voice section.

Editing a Brand Voiceโ€‹

Once a Brand Voice profile exists, you can modify it to better match your brand's communication style:

  1. Locate your Brand Voice profile in the list.
  2. Click the "Edit" button associated with the profile.
  3. In the edit mode, you can:
    • Modify the name of the Brand Voice
    • Update the description that defines your brand's tone and style
    • Use AI generation to create a description (see next section)
  4. Click "Update" to save your changes.

Using AI Generationโ€‹

The platform offers AI-assisted generation of brand voice descriptions:

  1. While in edit mode, click the "Generate with AI" button.
  2. The system will analyze your existing description (if any) and generate a more comprehensive brand voice profile.
  3. Review the AI-generated content and make any necessary adjustments.
  4. Click "Update" to save the new description.
