Accessing Brand Voiceโ
The Brand Voice feature can be accessed through two methods:
- Navigation Bar: Click the Brand Voice icon in the expanded navigation bar.
- Brand Voice Menu: Click on the "Brand Voice" option, then navigate to the Brand Voice section.
Editing a Brand Voiceโ
Once a Brand Voice profile exists, you can modify it to better match your brand's communication style:
- Locate your Brand Voice profile in the list.
- Click the "Edit" button associated with the profile.
- In the edit mode, you can:
- Modify the name of the Brand Voice
- Update the description that defines your brand's tone and style
- Use AI generation to create a description (see next section)
- Click "Update" to save your changes.
Using AI Generationโ
The platform offers AI-assisted generation of brand voice descriptions:
- While in edit mode, click the "Generate with AI" button.
- The system will analyze your existing description (if any) and generate a more comprehensive brand voice profile.
- Review the AI-generated content and make any necessary adjustments.
- Click "Update" to save the new description.
