Extension Management

Introduction​

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to manage extensions within the application. It covers accessing the extension management interface, viewing available extensions, adding extensions to groups, and removing extensions from your library.

Accessing Extension Management​

To access the Extension Management interface:

  1. Navigate to the application's main navigation bar.
  2. Click on either the Extension Management icon or the "Extension Management" text in the navigation bar.
  3. You will be redirected to the Extension Management page.

Viewing Available Extensions​

Once on the Extension Management page:

  • A list of available extensions will be displayed.
  • To view more details about an extension, click the Expand button next to the extension.
  • The expanded view will show the introduction and detailed information about the extension.

Adding Extensions​

Selecting Groups for Extensions​

Before adding an extension, you need to specify which groups will have access to it:

  1. Click the Add Group button.
  2. From the displayed interface, select the groups with which the extension should be shared.
  3. Set appropriate permissions for each selected group.

To complete the addition process:

  1. After selecting groups and setting permissions, click the Add Extension button.
  2. The extension will now be available in your applications and in the chat interface.

Managing Your Extensions​

Removing Extensions from Library​

To remove an extension from your library:

  1. Navigate to the extension you wish to remove.
  2. Click the Remove from Library button.
  3. The extension will be removed from your available extensions.

Deleting Extensions​

To permanently delete an extension:

  1. Navigate to the My Extensions tab.
  2. This tab displays all your existing extensions.
  3. Locate the extension you want to delete.
  4. Click the Delete button next to the extension.
  5. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
  6. The extension will be permanently removed from your account.
